Achilles, a son of Peleus and Thetis, is the greatest and most feared warrior that acts like an animal. He is mighty, strong yet wicked, but has a heart that loves and hurts.
God-like Achilles is a person who killed battalions of soldiers and high ranking persons. He brings danger to a royal family causing deaths of sons and abductions of daughters (usually selling them as slaves). But the real tragedy is when he does cruel things to a dead man’s body. Instead of leaving the body to be mourned by the family he takes it to satisfy himself longer.
He is like a hungry tiger looking for food. When preys see him they feel nervous and know their death is near. Then he’ll come forward and savagely eat the food without sympathy. He then will tear the flesh into pieces. Bloods oozing out making his paws and mouth red. He will not stop until he’s full, just like how Achilles satisfies himself.
A perfect illustration is the battle between him and Hector where the latter was defeated. This is what happened:
Saying this, he pulled his bronze spear from the corpse, set it aside, 480
and stripped the blood-stained armour from the shoulders.

Achilles finished. Then on noble Hector's corpse 512
he carried out a monstrous act. He cut through
he carried out a monstrous act. He cut through
the tendons behind both feet, from heel to ankle,
threaded them with ox-hide thongs, and then tied these
onto his chariot, leaving the head to drag behind.
He climbed up in his chariot, brought on the splendid armour,
then lashed his horses. They sped off eagerly,
dragging Hector. A dust cloud rose above him,
his dark hair spread out round him, and Hector's head,
once so handsome, was covered by the dust, for Zeus
had given him to his enemies to dishonour
in his own native land. So all his head grew dirty.

Though Achilles is evil he still has feelings. He gives importance to his friends just like what he showed Patroclus. His best friend, he enjoyed being with. Until a time came he was murdered by Hector. Vengeance is what Achilles wants for his friend and this triggers his fury to Hector. This proves that he still has a heart behind his heart-thumping image.
By our ships lies a dead man—unwept, 501
unburied—Patroclus. I'll not forget him,
as long as I remain among the living,
as long as my dear limbs have motion.
If down in Hades men forget their dead,
even there I will remember my companion.
